The two-room apartment 14 with 32 m² of living space includes a living and kitchen area as well as a separate bedroom with futon bed (1.40 m). Thanks to an extra sofa bed, it is suitable for up to three adult guests or for two adults with two children. The 11 square meter large terrace opens towards the courtyard.
Our apartment 14 radiates a "good vibes atmosphere". What might be the reason for that? On the one hand, the open living area, which combines a cozy sitting area with sofa, armchair, coffee table and flat-screen TV. For more flexibility, the sofa can be quickly converted into a sofa bed. On the other hand, it is the convenient kitchen area that makes this two-room apartment feel so homey.
